The Community Health Needs Assessment (CHNA) Roundtable was created by The Center for Health Affairs in 2015 to spur opportunities for shared learning and collaboration in Northeast Ohio. Comprised of hospital members involved in CHNAs at their respective facilities, the CHNA Roundtable aims to bring individuals from the hospital community and other essential stakeholders together to share best practices, provide support to one another and discuss opportunities for collaboration.
The CHNA Roundtable meets quarterly each year. For upcoming meeting dates, visit our event calendar.
